4. **Toegang** — smartphone-based digital key (one swipe to open gate and box), touchscreen with personal code as backup, internet/4G needed, app on iOS and Android.
5. **Betalingen** — first month + setup paid online (Bancontact / credit card), then SEPA direct debit; missed payment auto-blocks the digital key until paid; cashless only.
